For you, our incredible members, we call it a Personal Program Review, because it's all about you and your journey!

Think of your PPR as a quick, personalized pit stop on your fitness highway. It's a FREE inclusion in all our membership plans, and it's designed to make sure you're getting the absolute most out of your time with us.

Super Efficient & Convenient: We know you're busy! That's why your PPR is a snappy 15 to 20-minute chat conducted right over Google Meet. You can do it from your couch, your office, or even your favorite coffee shop – seriously, it doesn't get much easier!
Track Your Wins: Remember those awesome goals you set? This is where we celebrate your progress! We'll look back at how far you've come and acknowledge all your hard work. Seeing how far you've come is incredibly motivating and reinforces the positive habits you've built.
Sharpen Your Focus with Science: This isn't just a friendly chat; there's real psychology behind it! We'll help you refine your current goals or set new, exciting ones. Research consistently shows that setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals dramatically increases your chances of success. We even have some cool tools and frameworks we use to help you pinpoint exactly what you want to achieve and then map out the clear, actionable steps to get there.
