One of the most powerful parts of our system is the 90-Day Personal Program Review.

This is a one-on-one sit-down (in-person or virtual) with a coach who knows you. Every 90 days, we press pause, reflect on your progress, and make sure your training is still aligned with your goals.

We chat about:

  • What’s been working—and what hasn’t
  • Where your motivation’s at
  • What’s changed in your lifestyle or schedule
  • How to adjust your training or add support if you need it

From there, we set new goals and lock in a fresh plan for the next 90 days.
