There’s a lot of fitness noise out there. And let’s be honest—some of it sounds pretty convincing. 🤔
You’ve probably seen it: 8-week transformations, random WODs from pro athletes, “secret” supplements, shredded influencers pushing recovery hacks, and a million conflicting diet tips. You scroll, and suddenly you’re wondering if you should add an ice bath after your Sunday run, try intermittent fasting, and do mobility flows every night before bed.
It's overwhelming. We get it.
That’s why you have a coach.
A coach isn’t just someone who sets the timer and cheers you through a workout. Your coach is your guide. Your filter. The person who takes all the noise, all the options, and says:
👉 “Here’s what actually works. And here’s what works for you.”
At Umi Fitness, we use CrossFit as our base method because it’s smart, effective, and adaptable. We love the mix of functional strength, conditioning, and skill development—and it’s incredibly powerful when used well. But here’s the thing: we don’t follow CrossFit blindly.
Instead, we adjust it to fit real life.
Real people. Real schedules. Real challenges.
We know most of you are juggling work, family, responsibilities, and rising costs. And we know that getting to the gym 3–5 times a week is already a win. So our mission is clear: make the absolute most of that one hour you have with us.
No fluff. No wasted effort. Just solid programming designed to build all-round strength—because strength is the foundation for everything else. It helps you move better, live better, and train more consistently without burning out or breaking down.
Yes, CrossFit can be spicy. But we don’t worship “hard” for the sake of it. We don’t do chaos—we do purpose.
And we want to keep reminding you of that. Because when you start seeing other people doing “extra” workouts, or you catch a flashy new program online, it’s tempting to start chasing rabbits—trying a bit of everything in the hope that more will equal better.
But here’s the truth:
More isn’t better. Better is better.
We’d rather you do 3 great sessions a week with intention than 6 random ones that pull your body (and your progress) in every direction.
This is where your coach comes in again. Not just on the floor, but in a 1-on-1 space where we can really dig into you—your goals, your progress, your questions, and your plan moving forward.
Every 3–4 months, we open up our calendars for PPR Musters—a dedicated block of time where we sit down with you 1-on-1 for a goal-setting and progress check-in.
We’ll talk about how things are going in your training, nutrition, mindset, and recovery. If you’re keen, we’ll have you do a biometric body scan to see what’s shifting inside the body too. And we’ll make sure your training is aligned with where you want to go—whether that’s getting your first pull-up, lifting heavier, improving energy levels, or just staying strong and mobile for everyday life.
This isn’t some add-on. It’s part of your membership—because we believe everyone deserves coaching, not just programming.
We’ll help you filter out the fluff and keep your plan focused and effective.
We’re opening up just 10 spots this round, so if you want in, don’t leave it too long.
👉 There’s a booking link in this email—jump on it and claim your spot.
Here’s why this matters:
We don’t want you guessing.
We don’t want you feeling lost or unsure if what you’re doing is “working.”
We definitely don’t want you jumping on some random diet or two-a-day training schedule because someone on TikTok said it was the key to getting “shredded.”
We want you to feel confident in your plan. Backed by coaching. Backed by real strategy. Backed by what works for your body, your life, and your goals.
You see a workout online that looks spicy,
Or you hear someone in the gym talking about what they’re doing,
Or you feel like you’re not “doing enough”...
Talk to us. That’s what we’re here for.
Train in a group. Tailor individually. That’s the Umi way.
Let’s stop chasing rabbits. Let’s chase your goals—smartly, simply, and with purpose.
